Shrink Wrapping Machines

 | Shrink Chambers Shrink Chamber is a 2 in 1 model machine in which sealing of the shrink film and shrinking takes place in a single operation. The film used in this system is POF (polyolefin) film or any thin shrinkable film, in folded form. Features of the machine are minimum power consumption, works on 1 phase / 3phase power supply, minimum working area, one-man operation, visual observation of shrinking operation. Light Duty Shrink Tunnel Sleeve wrapper with Shrink tunnel are used to pack heavy products and for high production. The film used in this application is LDPE or LLDPE shrink film. In this machine 2 rolls of film are used and automatic un-winding system is provided for film dispensing. The sealing system is a special type knife sealer, which seals and cuts the film with uniformity and consistently, air-cooling is used for cooling the seal. | Heavy Duty Shrink Tunnels These machines are rugged ones, which can run continuous for long hours without gap for chamber cooling. These machines are used to wrap heavy products with LDPE/LLDPE shrink film with higher thickness. Live roller rod conveyors are provided in the machines, variable speed drive system for adjusting conveyor speed, fully re-circulating heating air system enable lesser power consumption, highly efficient heat-up with heaters provided on three sides of the chamber, temperature controlled automatically, variable temperature controller, cooling chamber. L – Sealers L-Sealer with tunnel is a packaging system in which 2 machines are used for shrink packing of products using POF / LDPE shrink film. L-Sealer is combined with a shrink tunnel. The two machines are combined as one unit for maximum and faster productivity. The product to be wrapped is inserted into the film and sealed in the L -sealer manually or option of Pneumatic sealing is also available. After sealing the product moves to the shrink tunnel, with the help of auto take off system. The film shrinks inside the tunnel at set temperature and speed of travel. Request for Quotation |

| Automatic L – Sealers Automatic L-Sealer is a state of art machine with international safety features for high productivity and minimal labour involvement in the packaging. The products to be packed have to placed on the in-feed conveyor, manually or can be connected to the production line. The film unwinding is a motorized system using fractional power geared motors. The sealing system is hot knife type used for high quality sealing and cutting of the film. The scrap re-winding is an in-built system and the latest of its kind. The machine is a PLC controlled with 2 programs, either photo eyes or timers to control length.

L – Sealer with Shrink Tunnels These compact and user-friendly shrink tunnels are used to pack products using PVC/POF / LDPE shrink films. The basic features of the tunnels are Variable speed Drive to control the speed of the conveyor, High velocity air cutter blower for Uniform airflow system, faster heating system, and variable temperature control.
Some of the other optional features, which are available, are silicon sleeves for the conveyor rods, fully stainless steel construction, variable speed drive for the blower, in feed and out-feed extension conveyors, mesh type conveyor, roller type, teflon belt conveyor, etc. Request for Quotation |
