Mineral Water / Packaged Drinking Water Packing Machine Sleeve wrapper with shrink tunnel are used to pack heavy products and for high production. The film used in this application is LDPE or LLDPE shrink film. In this machine 2 rolls of film are used and automatic un-winding system is provided for film dispensing. The sealing system is a special type knife sealer, which seals and cuts the film with uniformity and consistently, air cooling is used to cool the seal. Sleeve wrappers are usually combined with heavy duty shrink tunnels for better output and packaging results. These machine are suitable for packaging of Water bottles, packaged drinking water, mineral water, juice bottles, cans, tetra packs, stationery, industrial goods, cosmetic packaging etc

Operation of the system:
The system consists of 2 units, one a wrapping unit that is used to wrap the product with the shrink film and the second unit where the shrinking of the product with the film takes place. The product to be wrapped will be placed in the base tray and fed into the auto-wrapping machine. The bottles with the tray must be placed before the pneumatic pusher arm. Once the product has been placed manually pusher pulse has to be given manually. The tray with the bottles will fed into the machine for sleeve wrapping over the product. And then the sealing pulse must be given. The sealing takes place with the help of pneumatic system for which air supply has to be provided. Shrinking of the film takes place at a set temperature and speed of travel.
